We are looking for an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to support multiple leaders within our Finance Transformation and Growth Leadership Team (FTGLT). You will provide administrative support across Mergers & Acquisitions Treasury Global Talent Hubs Audit and Global Strategic Sourcing. You will report to the SVP of M&A Treasury & Sourcing and also support the VP of Global Audit & SOX Compliance and the VP of Global Strategic Sourcing.
About the Job
- Provide administrative support to three senior finance leaders.
- Manage complex calendaring across time zones coordinate point-to-point business travel process expenses and assist with special projects.
- Be a communication liaison internally and externally with senior level executives and teams.
- Handle and maintain confidential information.
- Represent and support leaders by managing communication prioritizing requests and being a necessary point of contact.
- Organize internal events conferences off-sites operational reviews and team meetings (i.e. board and audit committee meetings).
- Initiate and process purchase orders reconcile invoices and manage expense reports for departments include Global Strategic Sourcing and Treasury.
- Support the Treasury team by coordinating documentation collection from financial services vendors (e.g. KYC activities).
About You
- 5 years of experience supporting senior level executives.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to keep pace with changing priorities across multiple projects.
- Experience in booking and managing complex international and domestic travel through using a travel management tool such as Concur.
- Experience supporting Vice Presidents and above simultaneously.
- Integrity and judgment when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other digital technology and collaboration tools.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on our needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is ($672000 - $105600) per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs.
