Office Clinical Manager - Job Summary:
- The Office Clinical Manager will assist the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator in supervising hospice services for patients in their place of residence according to physician orders and strive to provide the highest quality of care.
- Skilled nursing and other services will be furnished under the supervision of the Clinical Manager.
- The Clinical Manager is always available during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate if unavailable) and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.
Office Clinical Manager Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Must have current BLS certification.
- At least three to five (3-5) years of management experience working for a Hospice Company is required.
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse in hospice is required.
- Acceptance of the mission philosophy and goals of Envision Hospice.
- The ability to exercise initiative productivity and independent judgment.
- The ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform and achieve a common goal. Good oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and EMR experience required.

Office Clinical Manager Compensation: $117K$122K annually depending on experience.
All rates are negotiable within this range and will be discussed during the hiring process.
