Put your excellent customer service and attention to detail skills to work at Snell & Wilmer one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States. We currently have an opening for aLitigation Docket Specialist.

The Litigation Docket Specialist is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the docket and calendar for all litigation matters handled by the firm. This role ensures that all critical dates and deadlines are accurately captured and communicated to attorneys and legal staff in a timely manner. The position requires a high level of accuracy attention to detail and a thorough understanding of court rules and procedures.

This is a perfect position for an experienced litigation legal assistant or paralegal looking for a change!

The hours for this position are8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Remote or hybrid work options are availablewhere the firm has offices within one of the following citiesDallas Texas or Phoenix Arizona.
