Location: Southfield Michigan is a vibrant business-friendly suburb of Detroit known for its diverse community top-rated schools and convenient access to major highways shopping and cultural attractions. It offers a blend of suburban comfort with urban amenities.
Salary: $175000- $194000 plus bonus
What We Are Looking For:
- 8 years of experienceas a General Manager in a full-service hotel. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.
- Extensive rooms and/or F&B experienceto manage all aspects of hotel operations.
- Bachelors degree in hotel management business or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite cloud-based apps and hotel property management systemsto streamline operations and enhance productivity.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate on operational plansto achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Lead associatesto meet Atriums service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.
- Utilize brand tools creativelyto meet current and future guest expectations.
- Ensure preventive maintenanceof the property including mechanical and IT systems.
- Manage loss prevention and risk managementpolicies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
- Engage with associatesto improve hotel culture and embrace Atriums core values.
