This position is located in Bucharest Romania.
As a Marketing Data Scientist (m/f/d) you will play a key role in improving how we connect with millions of customers -online and offline. You will drive data-powered marketing strategies and optimize attribution models. In detail you:
- Analyzecustomer marketing and onsite datausingSQLandPythonto enhance marketing campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Develop expand and optimizeData Science use casessuch as attribution modeling bidding optimization and campaign performance forecasting using open-source technologies.
- Build and maintainself-service BI solutionstailored to marketing teams enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing CRM and product teams to bridge data science and business needs.
- Support marketing automation and personalization initiatives with advanced models and actionable insights.
Your profile: You keep reinventing us.
Must-Have Experience:
- Solid experience inforecasting modelsandpredictive analyticsusing machine learning and statistical methods.
- Strong understanding ofonsite tracking(e.g. Google Analytics GA4) andonline marketingmetrics.
- Hands-on experience withPythonfor statistical modeling and automation.
- Advanced knowledge ofSQL(BigQuery or Redshift preferred).
- Familiarity withCRM systemsandmarketing automation tools.
- Strong grasp ofdigital marketing strategiesand KPIs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inPythonandSQLprogramming.
- Experience withdata transformationtools (e.g. dbt).
- Familiarity withvirtualization(e.g. Docker).
- Experience withdata visualizationtools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Knowledge ofmachine learning frameworkssuch asTensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
Marketing & Analytics Knowledge:
- Expertise inattribution modelingbidding strategies andtesting methodologies.
- Understanding of keymarketing platforms(Paid Search Social Media Display etc.).
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for marketing.
Soft Skills:
- Agile proactive and hands-on mindset.
- Strong communication skills both within the team and across departments.
- Passion for working with people and exploring new technologies.
- Confident in spoken and writtenEnglish.
