Job Description
Your Tasks
- Creation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and HGB (German Commercial Code) with a special focus on inventory valuation.
- Develoment and assessment of target group-oriented accounting and valuation statements.
- Creation of specialized concepts and continuous optimization of existing process flows and booking logic.
- Analysis of business evaluations and key figures to support decision-making.
- Participation in international projects (e.g. implementation of SAP Retail) and serving as a contact person for management and relevant departments.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Business Administration ideally with a focus on Accounting/Financial Reporting
- Professional experience in accounting and valuation according to IFRS and HGB
- Very good MS Office skills especially in Excel as well as knowledge of SAP FI/SAP BW
- Technical affinity with initial experience in SQL QlikView Power BI or BQ is desirable
- Independent and analytical working style coupled with resilience and teamwork skills
- Working proficiency in German or English with knowledge of the other language being desirable
