Job Description
Position: Real Estate Financial Analyst
Location: Anywhere fully remote
Salary: $1000 - $2000 per month
Job Summary: Jackson Dearborn Partners is seeking a remote Real Estate Financial Analyst to support their real estate investment activities. In this role you will be responsible for building financial models conducting research and providing financial analysis to help identify cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to analyze real estate investment opportunities

Conduct market research and financial analysis on real estate trends asset performance and investment strategies

Support investment decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis

Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in financial modeling preferably in a real estate or private equity environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and formulas
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience working remotely or as an independent contractor is a plus

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
