Job Description
Description of the role:
The Personal Care Aide will provide assistance with daily living activities for patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks
- Follow care plans provided by healthcare professionals
- Medication reminder
- Meal prep light house keeping
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Driver license and own transportation
- Able to work independently
