Life at Duke Chevrolet GMC: Typical day starts between 7 and 7:15am with our doors opening at 7:30am. Welcome guest for their apportionment take in of vehicle and preform multi-point walkaround and check in. Throughout the day effectively communicatingwith the technicians to up date and give recommendations to the customers by phone text email and video using the latest technology we offer to you. End of the day helping customers pick up their vehicle with an outstandingfriendly experience. You will have all the support and help you need to be your best and provide the best experience for our customers. Webelieve not only in providing ongoing training but also rewarding outstanding efforts.
Summary: The Express Lane Advisor isresponsible for scheduling express service such as oil changes tire work etc. And responsible for coordinating all of ourpre-ownedservice and reconditioning work. Plus identifying and documenting service maintenance and repair service for customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:
Qualifications: 2 years experience in express service scheduling.
What We Offer
Education/Experience: Customer service industries. Excellent interpersonal customer service and organizational skills. Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
Certificates and Licenses: Valid Drivers License and
Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and other web-based applications utilized for operations.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
Attendance Expectations: The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours and weekends.
