Job Description

The Northampton Public Schools is seeking a School Adjustment Counselor! Bridge Street Elementary School Adjustment Counselor (1)35 hours per weekMonday through Friday from 7:55 a.m. 2:15 p.m. MA DESE License Certification in Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor is University/College Transcripts required. Teacher Unit A Salary Scale based on experience and date: August 25 2025 If Hired: Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS National Fingerprint Background Checks prior to employment. Benefits: Full benefits and privileges consistent with the Northampton Association of School Employees (NASE) Teachers Unit A Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
