Job Description

3-year dual study programme in business informatics (specialising in application management) starting on 01.09.2026 at our Waldkirch location in cooperation with the Lrrach Cooperative State University.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Diverse insights and collaboration in various departments such as IT product management logistics purchasing and production
  • Field of activity in interface functions between operational processes and IT as a contact person for users of software solutions with a focus on project management
  • Advising users
  • Collaboration in company-wide and international projects
  • In addition to everyday tools such as MS Office programmes and SAP you will learn object-oriented programming languages (such as Java and C) scripting languages (such as Python Lua) and the basics of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) as required.
  • Programme content: IT management project management business process management basics of computer science programming business administration economics law and maths


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • A-levels specialised university entrance qualification university of applied sciences entrance qualification (plus passing the delta exam at the DHBW) or comparable training
  • Strong interest in computer science and business management topics
  • Previous knowledge of business and computer science is an advantage
  • Understanding of processes and the ability to analyse issues
  • Enjoy working in an advisory capacity and interdisciplinary topics
  • Customer-orientated way of working
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good command of English and openness to an international environment
  • Good knowledge of German (language level C1) see admission requirements of the dual university
