Senior Scrum Master (1319)

What youll be doing

Atturra is looking for a permanent Mid-Senior Scrum Master with strong experience working with SAFe to work within our Cloud Business Solutions team in Adelaide to showcase their strong skills to Atturras clients.

Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage each projects scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from clients or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product
• Master delivering applications with experience facilitating up to 3-4 scrum teams at a time.

What will make you successful in this role

Technical Requirements:

• 7 years of demonstrable Scrum Master experience leading 2 or more Scrum teams (likely with azure DevOps as the tool)
• Strong experience in SAFe is a MUST
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks andproject delivery experience
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
