Position: Marketing Assistant
A Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the marketing teams efforts by coordinating campaigns conducting market research maintaining promotional materials and ensuring that day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing creativity and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Support the preparation of marketing materials presentations and reports
Maintain and update the companys marketing databases
Help coordinate events promotions and internal communications
Track campaign performance and compile analytics
Collaborate with the design and content teams to support branding projects
Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the department
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Canva Mailchimp Google Analytics)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving
