Job Description

Oncology Inside Sales Manager

IQVIA is looking for a high performing results-oriented sales manager with a track record of success to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as the Oncology Inside Sales Manager Lead for a top 10 pharmaceutical company. You will tasked to lead a team in support of the Oncology franchise in the Breast Cancer space. The Oncology Inside Sales Manager will manage all operational aspects including build leadership training coaching and performance management of a team of remote oncology inside/tele sales professionals.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year Bachelor degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical biotech device or healthcare industry
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • 2 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience managing a team of successful healthcare Sales Specialists required
  • Experience managing tele-sales reps
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in using technology for virtual interactions
  • Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards meeting and exceeding objectives in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong leadership planning and organization problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Coach and council sales representatives virtually to reinforce product knowledge core selling message and role model best practices
  • Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
