Job Description

About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.

About FYCC

Family Youth Community Connections (FYCC)is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes healthy family healthy youth and healthy communities. FYCC believes if we can keep our families healthy our children will be healthier and our quickly growing communities will stay strive to provide safe social outlets for children and families in the St. MichaelAlbertville area.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
Plan for and organize FYCC programs and events supervise FYCC staff and assist the FYCC governance board with the administration of the program. For more information please see FYCC Director Positionjob description.

Start date:August 18 2025

Work year: Full-time year-round includes some occasional weekends and evenings as needed.

Compensation: Wage range will be $70000 to $85000 annually with a competitivebenefits package including medical and dental insurance long-term disability and life insurance etc. please see theFull-timeadministrator benefits summary sheet. Twenty (20) vacation days per work year and 10 days per year of Earned Safe and Sick Time. This position receives and makes mandatory contributions to the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). This positionis an employee of Family Youth CommunityConnections a non-profit organization and is not a school district or city employee.

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); strong computer skills efficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with social media platforms; communication and interpersonal relationship skills necessary experience in accounting event planning and organization preferred local travel with personal vehicle involved.
