Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Northport AL
Position Highlights
- Location: Northport AL (with floating opportunities to Glen Haven Park Manor Aspire West and Heritage Health)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week with 32 hours guaranteed
- Rotation: 1 weekend per month
- Contract: 13-week assignment
Competitive Pay Package - $1550 Weekly Before Taxes
- Base Rate:$15.00/hour (taxable)
- Overtime:$71.00/hour (taxable)
- Per Diem Benefits:$950/week (tax-free)
- Meals & Incidentals: $300/week
- Lodging: $650/week
- Total Package Breakdown:$600 taxable $950 tax-free weekly
What Youll Do
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OTR supervision
- Help patients regain independence in daily living activities
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide compassionate patient-centered care across multiple facility locations
Requirements
- Current COTA certification and Alabama state license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
- Commitment to excellence in patient care
