The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Supply Chain and Systems Engineering organization within Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) is seeking a Product Data Management Engineer to join our team in Huntsville AL; Hazelwood MO; Mesa AZ; North Charleston SC; or Berkeley MO.
ET&T Product Standards Office is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level and Associate level Product Data Management Engineers.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Gather data to support the analysis and verification of process and product baselines
- Collect data for product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products
- Process product changes and assists with the documentation and implementation of engineering technical program plans of limited scope and complexity
- Gather data to assist in the analysis of product trades/changes for change proposals
- Assist with the documentation of Configuration and Data Management standards processes and tools
- Gather customer input data for Configuration and Data Management requirements for product hardware software and engineering design data systems
- Gather data to assist in the resolution of issues with engineering product structure
- Work under close supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
- 1 years of experience with Microsoft office suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 years of experience in Configuration Management/Data Management
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
