Job Description

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner/ Director this position is responsible for providing professional an managerial support and ensures that the highest degree of professionalism and service to the HR Business Partner/ Director supporting the Faculty Practice Group. This role will provide high-performing employee-oriented services focusing on the customer quality productivity and standards goal attainment and the engagement and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position assists with coordinating and implementing services policies and programs through HR service areas and assists leaders on an array of HR matters. Acts as a liaison with all HR Department (Benefits Compensation HCM HRIC Employee/Labor Relations etc.). Prepares and analyzes various reports necessary for hospital/business initiatives.

Education/Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR Business Organization Development or equivalent required.

Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions required; Healthcare background a plus.

Experience with database management record keeping and MS Office.

-Union experience required

Demonstrated ability to provide solutions by integrating knowledge systems and policies.

Effective oral and written communication; ability to have difficult conversations; ability to speak publicly with a large audience.

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Superior organizational skills.

Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
