Job Description
The Amherst-Pelham Public Schools is currently seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of interim part-time Advanced Engineering Teacher at the Amherst Regional High School. This is a part time position for 1 Advanced Engineering and Design Class class (0.33 FTE in the fall).
Applicants should have extensive experience in teaching Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). They must be proficient in a wide range of CAD and CAM software and possess experience teaching students to operate high-end advanced manufacturing equipment such as 3D printers laser cutters CNC routers mills and lathes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design methodology and hands-on fabrication along with a passion for mentoring students through real-world challenges.
