We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1300 providers in Indianapolis IN. This opportunity is located at our Washington Family Medicine Practice at 7910 East Washington Street Indianapolis IN 46219.
Highlights
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine trained Nurse Practitioner to work at our outpatient Washington Family Care Medicine practice.
- Family Medicine Practice inclusive of all age ranges

Experience
- Family Medicine experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
- Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
