Position: Full-Time Service Advisor - 2nd Shift 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Location: Elk River MN
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications plus a $2000 signing and referral bonus and a team bonus program.

What Youll Do:
- Maximize Productivity: Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability.
- Customer Interaction: Schedule service appointments gather customer and vehicle data and keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Detailed Explanations: Explain repair costs and time requirements obtain proper authorizations and provide detailed explanations of completed work.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Coordination: Coordinate part requirements with the parts department and handle telephone inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License and insurable driving record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with heavy vehicle service terminology
