Are you a compassionate licensed clinical social worker whos passionate about health equity and LGBTQ care Step into a meaningful role where your expertise will directly support the transgender community helping patients navigate their journeys with dignity empathy and holistic care.
What Youll Do:
As a Clinical Social Worker specializing in Transgender Health youll provide comprehensive psychosocial support to a select caseload of patients and their families. From assessments and care planning to advocacy and resource coordination youll be a trusted ally and integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering affirming patient-centered care. Your voice will matter your experience will shape outcomes and your compassion will leave a lasting impact.

What Were Looking For:
Education: MSW from an accredited program
License: Maryland LMSW (or eligible under Board criteria)
Experience: At least 1 year in clinical social work (internships considered) ideally within mental health or healthcare
Skills: Strong communicator problem-solver team player and culturally competent provider
Knowledge: Community resources biopsychosocial approaches and todays healthcare landscape
