Job Description
Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Craftsman Woodworker to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops decorative panels and specialty items. Were looking for someone who not only enjoys the craft but also thrives in a team environment where precision communication and initiative matter.

Some of the responsibilities include:
- Using tools such as routers orbital sanders and hand tools to fabricate and finish custom woodwork.
- Performing high-quality finishing work including sanding sealing staining and top-coating.
- Working independently and collaboratively to complete a wide variety of projects.
- Helping to develop and refine production methods for high-volume product lines.
- Contributing creatively to new product development and prototyping.
- Following all safety protocols and actively promoting a safe work environment.
- 1 years of experience in woodworking millwork or related craft trades.
- Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation.
- Knowledge of woodworking methods materials and tools.
- Ability to read and follow shop drawings blueprints and work instructions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- U.S. work authorization required.
