We are looking for aMedical Solution Leadwho is eager to join our medical immunology team based inAthensGreece.
About the role
You will develop and manage major medical activities in Greece collaborate with Marketing/Commercial Solution Leads on the Immunology strategy and participate in strategic planning. You will localize and implement medical plans conduct scientific training and manage projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Medical SEE you will be part of the Greek Medical Team ensuring high standards of science quality ethics and compliance.
Who youll work with
As a Medical Solution Lead you will collaborate with internal stakeholders like the Sales Lead Marketing Solutions Lead and MSLs as well as external stakeholders such as KOLs HCPs payers and patient associations. Your role involves adapting scientific content managing medical activities and ensuring high standards of science and compliance to drive patient value in Greece.
What youll do
Solutions Localization and Implementation:
- Implement local medical solutions with MSLs and FMLs as per the Integrated Strategic Plan.
- Localize Global/EU medical solutions for Greece considering local insights and budget.
- Ensure timely implementation of local solutions (e.g. MSL materials advisory boards congresses medical trainings) and manage project budgets.
Compliance and Collaboration:
- Ensure promotional and medical solutions have local compliance approval.
- Drive key projects with external stakeholders to enhance patient value.
- Align with the Marketing Solution Lead to maintain high scientific standards in promotional materials.
Scientific Expertise and Planning:
- Serve as the reference scientific expert for national market access initiatives.
- Participate in the development of the Immunology Integrated Strategic Plans for Greece aligning with EU Medical Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate with the Ecosystem Lead and FMLs to balance local ISP initiatives for maximum patient value.
Connectivity and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Ensure consistent content dissemination through training sessions and cycle meetings.
- Build relationships with key external stakeholders (agencies KOLs patient associations health authorities) and internal teams.
Interested For this role were looking for the followingeducation experienceandskills
- Masters degree in life sciences or healthcare required PhD preferred.
- Medical scientific and therapeutic area expertise.
- 2years of experience in previous medical roles with proved positive track record.
- Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of local healthcare compliance and pharma environment in Greece.
- Proven cross functional project teams leadership coupled with strong analytical abilities.
- Proven track record of developing high impact solutions.
- Launch readiness experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experiencefrom working with biologics in the field of immunology.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.
- Languages: fluent in English and Greek.
