Job Description

Seeking an energetic and versatile Product Manager to lead Home Ownership Domains RedStar Proposition Acquisition within Personal Banking!

As a Product Manager you will be joining the Home Ownership team within Personal Banking thats all about customer obsession.

As Product Manager you will

  • Utilise strong and established stakeholder relationships to influence and ensure delivery of outcomes
  • Represent the voice of customer and colleague when developing the roadmap and ensuring the backlog is nurtured to ruthlessly prioritise deliverables that support HOD achieve their goals
  • Work with Marketing Strategy lead to be jointly accountable for the ultimate success of squad outcomes and deliverables
  • Manage product risk through early detection of product and disclosure flaws monitoring products with metrics that demonstrate key outcomes

What you will bring:

  • In depth understanding of lending products from a business or technology perspective
  • 5years of experience mobilising and supporting cross functional teams
  • Experience working with agile ways of working
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to inform decision making
