ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in organizational and governance models for our Consulting team in the Strategy and Operations area in Bilbao.
Responsibilities as project manager in:
- Governance models and organizational designs for both private and public clients.
- Analysis and optimization of organizational processes
- Lean implementations in process improvement
- Quality systems projects
- Working for international top clients in their sector.

ABOUT YOU
Apply if you
- At least 4 years of experience in the sector
- Superior Degree. Master or Postgraduate degree in the field.
- Fluency in English (C1 level). Second language (French or German).
- Great capacity for analysis communication and problem solving.
- Results oriented.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
- Valuable experience in consulting or company in the sector working on a project basis.
- Ability to work in a team autonomy and flexibility technical rigor and international vocation.
- And above all... eager to learn in an international company like IDOM.
