We know that our path to success is within our people. As a Management Trainee you will one day become one of the future leaders of our company. You will participate in an 18-24 month program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities.
Operations Leadership Program is ideal for you if you have basic professional experience using core technical into a Leadership role in a people-intensive manufacturing / production environment You will report directly to the Head of Operations in Egypt located in 6th of October city industrial zone.
Here is our exciting role for you:
- Work in different departments such as manufacturing supply chain logistics purchasing quality control or engineering to gain perspective.
- Work with and through management to plan and direct the work of the organization as well as to develop and implement actions/projects that improve productivity.
- Use various reports to analyse and Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial actions to manage business situations.
- Help set policies.
- Comply with and pass training program milestones such as e.g. business case presentations project management deliverables classroom training tests lecture reports/minutes.
You
- Min. 2 years experience in similar field
- Bachelors Degree within Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluency in English Language
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Experience in an Industrial/manufacturing setting
- Relevant internship experience
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Basics of financial concepts (e.g. OPEX CAPEX) and tools (e.g. SAP).
