GROUP/DIVISION SUMMARY
This Project Management Position is part of the Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division (CSD) which supplies sample to answer instrument software and reagent solutions; has the leading position in research markets; and is the market leader in targeted sequencing and clinical Next- Generation Sequencing.
How will you make an impact
This role is charged with driving and overseeing the development and execution of assigned projects within the Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division of Thermo Fisher with an emphasis on operations-focused actions and results. To ensure delivery of on time product launches the candidate should be proficient in industry standard project management processes tools and strategies.
The Project Manager will coordinate cross functionally with R&D Product Management Marketing Finance Planning QA/QC Tech Transfer Engineering and the Divisional Leadership team to ensure robust processes are implemented and followed in manufacturing including crafting of accurate requirements batch records specifications and associated documents. Projects will include New Product Introduction (NPI) in accordance with company product commercialization process guidelines and documentation manufacturing transfer(s) across internal sites sustaining OEM and process improvement. In order to enable success the candidate should be proficient in leading teams without direct management authority and demonstrate leadership through influence.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $103100.00$165100.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
