Were currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a hands-on fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on how products move from concept to production. What Youll Do:
- Lead the development optimization and transfer of new and existing manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality
- Develop and execute process validation protocols qualification activities and technical documentation
- Provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) during product development
- Analyze process capability data and use statistical tools to solve complex problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Manufacturing and Design Engineering
- Mentor technicians or junior engineers while coordinating development builds and pilot runs
- Work directly with customers to support technical needs and propose process improvements
What You Bring:
- Bachelors in engineering or a related field
- 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of process design quality systems and Lean/Six Sigma
- Excellent problem-solving communication and project management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel to our Mexico facility and other U.S. sites as needed
- Industry experience preferred (e.g. motors aerospace or similar manufacturing)

We are open to filling the filling the position as hybrid or remote depending on the candidate however regular on-site visits will be required.
This position is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the companys discretion.
Salary Description:
$75000 - $110000 annual DOQ
