Job Overview
The Disclosure Desk Manager leads a team of Disclosure Specialists responsible for accurately and promptly issuing all required disclosures and redisclosures throughout the mortgage loan processup to and including the initial Closing Disclosure. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory guidelines maintains team performance in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and drives operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong knowledge of disclosure regulations exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
What Youll Do
Manage coach and support a team of onshore and offshore Disclosure Specialists to ensure high performance accuracy and compliance
Oversee the issuance of all required disclosures and redisclosures per TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rules
Ensure initial Closing Disclosures are issued promptly and accurately to support on-time closings and achieve volume goals
Monitor team pipeline and daily operations to maintain adherence to SLAs and support timely loan closings
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives Account Managers Compliance and other teams to resolve issues promptly
Conduct quality control checks performance audits and training to maintain disclosure integrity and operational excellence
Track and analyze performance metrics and provide reporting to senior leadership
Guide onboarding training and ongoing development of team members
Enforce compliance with internal policies procedures and federal regulations including TRID rules
Ensure team members complete all assigned training and comply with company policies and procedures
Foster a culture of professionalism accountability and continuous improvement across the team
Identify areas of opportunity to improve cross-department collaboration internal processes procedures and technology tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
