Position Overview

The Chief of Staff serves as the strategic right-hand to CEO operating as a force multiplier to accelerate Kaseyas trajectory toward hyper-growth while building a world-class technology platform and high-performance culture. This role demands a dynamic leader who can seamlessly navigate between strategic vision and operational execution serving as both strategic advisor and operational catalyst.

Drive organizational excellence and strategic execution by serving as the CEOs trusted partner in transforming Kaseya into the undisputed leader in IT management solutions while fostering a culture of accountability innovation and client obsession.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Executive Support

Function as ELTs strategic thought partner on critical business decisions market positioning and competitive strategy

Lead preparation and execution of board meetings investor relations and strategic planning sessions

Manage CEOs strategic priorities ensuring focus on highest-impact initiatives while maintaining organizational alignment

Serve as CEOs proxy in key meetings and cross-functional initiatives when needed

Operational Excellence & Execution

Drive enterprise-wide execution of strategic initiatives with relentless focus on measurable outcomes

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on critical business objectives within aggressive timelines

Partner with CFO/CRO to monitor key performance indicators that drive hyper-growth metrics and client satisfaction

Success Metrics

Business Performance

Contribute to achieving hyper-growth revenue targets (20% annual growth)

Improve client satisfaction scores and retention rates

Accelerate time-to-market for key product initiatives

Enhance operational efficiency metrics across business units

Organizational Excellence

Reduce time-to-decision on strategic initiatives by X%

Improve cross-functional collaboration effectiveness scores

Leadership Characteristics

Experience Requirements

10 years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth technology companies

Proven track record in scaling organizations through hyper-growth phases (Series B through IPO preferred)

Experience in SaaS IT services or technology infrastructure sectors strongly preferred

Prior consulting experience (McKinsey Bain BCG) or investment banking background valued

MBA from top-tier program or equivalent strategic business experience
