Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Navsari

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Navsari. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in the field sales department with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth managing a team of sales representatives and building strong relationships with key clients in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Navsari
- Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance support and training as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Travel within the region to meet with clients attend industry events and conduct market research

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in field sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
