- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key accounts encouraging confidence in NIs platform.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend the appropriate software & hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams taking the lead on technical strategies for the accounts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends identifying and addressing future customer technical needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer influencing NIs technical direction and product development.

For This Role You Will Need:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field (science technology engineering or math).
- A minimum of 8 years of work experience in test and measurement industry.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the aerospace and defense industries especially in a customer-handling role.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and communicating technical information to customers.
- Proven knowledge of automated test software and hardware platforms.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel within India (50%) and occasionally to APAC and the US (5%).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- A background in electronics and communication or mechatronics or automotive engineering.
- Hands-on experience with RF fundamentals and measurements.
- Proficiency in software tools such as NI LabVIEW .NET Python C and software design patterns.
- Certifications in NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand development patterns.
- Experience in FPGA programming and fixed-point algorithm development.
