Protection Business Support Consultant
Salary: National circa 26000
We wish to appoint a talented Protection Business Support Consultant to join Avivas Protection Family.
Were looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to get into an insurance sales environment. To be successful youll like working with and supporting Financial Advisers their staff and your team and wider department. Youll be passionate about Protection.
A bit about the job:
The roles primary requirement is to provide administrative telephone and email support for the field and telephony based Protection IFA sales teams.
This support will liberate our Sales teams allowing them to concentrate on skilfully placing the breadth of Avivas propositions at the heart of target distributor firms and affording Aviva the best chance of increasing market volumes and share in a heavily contested marketplace.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Protection product knowledge
- Demonstrable communication skills for Internal and External both via telephone and email
- Strong administration skills
- Working knowledge and experience of using Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn how to use new systems such as CRM tools MI tools and MS Teams

- Starting salary circa 26000 for National based (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
