The Operational Excellence department as part of Customer Care is responsible for international coordination with our countries market and end customers. Its main task is to ensure the continuous supply of goods. Operational Excellence supports all stakeholders in an advisory capacity and ensures their satisfaction with our own brands by continuously optimizing processes along the value chain.
