Your Role & Responsibilities
- Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the NSW market.
- Lead your own business development initiatives with our loyal client base and new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of Tech specialisation.
- Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
- Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
- Participate in company events networking activities CSR initiatives and community engagement opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
360-Degree Recruitment Experience (3 years) with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Tech recruitment is a plus or
B2B/Consultative Sales Experience (3 years) looking to leverage your sales acumen in a people-focused financially rewarding career surrounded by likeminded individuals.
In addition we are looking for:
- A strong track record in business development and relationship management.
- A consultative and strategic approach to sales.
- A collaborative mindset curiosity and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Integrity resilience and a growth-oriented outlook.
- A team-player mentality with a passion for working in a supportive and high-performing team environment.
