Resource Specialist
Job Description
- Resource Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Resource Managers to understand the demands and specific requirements of a job
- Provide resource options that align the right people to the right project
- Resource Specialist will engage with Competency leads and other internal stakeholders to discuss and validate resource solutions
- This role will require understanding of Utilization and other resourcing metrics
- The role will assess the impact of resource demands and capacity constraints on existing planning and resource allocations
Skills
- SAP knowledge / familiarity preferred
- Bilingual (French /English) preferred although not mandatory
- Good communication and collaboration skills are key to this role
