Job Description
The role of the Peer Mediator Co-Sponsor involves training and guiding student mediators facilitating conflict resolution among peers and promoting a safe respectful and inclusive school environment. The sponsor will work closely with school administrators counselors and teachers to support student and uphold restorative practices. The Co-Sponsor will work with other school organizations and local communities for planning all school activities focused on SEL education and will work to organize the peer mediation process between mediators and disputants based on student schedules.
