We will count on you to:

  • Support development of Compensation & Benefits job catalogue content according to organization standards

  • Support business sponsors in the Compensation & Benefits job catalogue development activities

  • Update online database of remuneration survey jobs and job evaluations

  • Develop best practices in product content and job descriptions creation methodology

  • Run reports and exporting data from internal systems

What you need to have:

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Ability to draw conclusions based multiple sources of information

  • Strong self-starter with excellent analytical organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word Power Point)

  • Very good command of spoken and written English

What makes you stand out:

  • Knowledge of Mercer remuneration surveys

  • Online content creation/management experience

  • Understanding most common organizational structures

  • Experience in building/delivering technical trainings

  • Experience in creating business presentations

  • People and/or project management experience
