- Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Author/create and review use cases.
- Create and maintain Epics user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with senior stakeholders to review product epics/user stories and get sign-offs promptly.
- Provide adequate technical and functional support on triage and resolution of any defects/control issues.
- Responsible for assisting with project vision through product delivery by maintaining requirements traceability.
- Work with the business users to facilitate user demos testing sign-offs following the standard Agile process.
- Collaborate with Transformation & Change Delivery process resources to ensure requirements and solutions fit into the process flow and do not create gaps and/or breakages.
- Help identify how requirements can help make the process more efficient.
- Participate in daily scrums with technical teams and work in a Global environment.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as business analyst in P&C insurance field
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related STEM fields or equivalent experience.
- Extensive working experience in Scrum Agile POD Structure and attending Agile ceremonies.
- Knowledge of P&C Claims process.
- Well versed in using tools like JIRA Confluence MS Office tools etc.
- Strong technical knowledge including ability to create and execute SQL queries in support of incident and problem analysis.
- Experience creating business process workflows and support product owner with integrated road map reviews.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills strong communictoolskills (written and verbal) and be team-oriented.
- Must be detail conscious technically motivated creative and user oriented.
- Able to determine and expertly communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance scalability and maintainability.
