Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent service to guests across our coffee shop bar and restaurant areas
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and snacks in our coffee shop
Confidently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while bartending
Take and deliver food and drink orders efficiently ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist in set-up and breakdown of service areas for each shift
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with company standards
Help control stock reduce waste and report any shortages
Follow all Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures
Respond to guest requests and queries with a professional and proactive attitude
Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to enhance their experience
What Were Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B role
A passion for service and a positive can-do attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work split shifts weekends and holidays
Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team
Knowledge of bar and coffee service is a plus
