Trade Marketing Spain 40h (m/f/x)
HUGO BOSS Benelux B.V. CIA Madrid SpainFull-time P4

As Trade Marketing Spain you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns for their implementation in a leading company in the premium retail sector. The role focuses on planning and implementing events at the point of sale and in corporate environments.

  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time position.
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Remote work two days a week.
  • Immediate start.

What you can expect:

1. Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with the brand and business objectives in the Retail and Wholesale environment.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to effectively position the brand.
  • Execute and implement the global strategy.
  • Oversee campaigns at retail and wholesale points of sale as well as specific omnichannel actions.
  • Manage and organize corporate events and promotions at various event locations across Spain.

2. Project Management:

  • Lead marketing projects from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal HUGO BOSS teams (Retail Wholesale Franchisees Sales Communication Logistics Finance etc.) as well as strategic external partners (communication agencies suppliers event organizers etc.).
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.
  • Maintain direct contact with other countries and HUGO BOSS headquarters.

3. Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (KPIs).
  • Prepare detailed reports to evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and campaigns.
  • Propose improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data to strengthen future campaigns.
  • Deliver executive presentations at both global and local levels.

4. Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends technologies and consumer behavior.
  • Experiment with new tools and tactics to keep the brand at the forefront.

5. Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Have experience supervising and training junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment both within and outside the team.

Your profile:

  • 5 years of experience leading marketing projects including the comprehensive execution of physical point-of-sale events and corporate physical events.
  • Accustomed to working within event agency environments and corporate companies.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Very advanced level of English (C1).
  • Bilingual level of Spanish.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 tools: Excel Word PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented planner.
  • Quick learner and resilient.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Experience in a similar position within a marketing department and/or event organization.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
