In anticipation to open in the Fall of 2025 we are searching for a full-timeResident Care Manager to join our new Opal RidgeEnhanced Careteam based in Bedford Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity
- Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality safety timeliness and customer service.
- Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
- Oversees the orientation of new Residents through established standards .
- Ensures all departments are in compliance with established organizational Brand Standards Policies and Procedures.
- Initiates supports activities that will result in best possible outcome for residents
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure RAI-LTCF assessment outcomes are understood and incorporated in the care plan
- Attends training and other educational activities to maintain current knowledge of the RAI-LTCF process.
- Provides RAI-LTCF education and computer application training to all applicable users
About You
- Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current registration with the provincial College of Registered Nurses
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to use electronic information systems including but not limited to electronic health records human capital management systems etc.
- Asset: Previous supervisory/leadership experience in long term care or a health service environment
