This role is based in Los Angeles putting you at the intersection of Amazons tech innovation and MGMs century of storytelling excellence.
As a Administrator you will be a direct point of contact for user groups and global teams who require configuration and maintenance of Salesforce applications as well as advanced reporting and training. You will work directly with the system/data lead technical projects or portions of projects as well as configure solutions that are highly usable scalable extensible and maintainable on the Salesforce platform. You will analyze requirements and help maintain the implementations for various business entities on the (SFDC) platform.
Key job responsibilities
Manage CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
Hands on configuration of all new and existing features including user management roles/profiles Permission Sets custom objects new page layouts custom fields formula fields validations workflows rules email templates Process Builder Flows Lightning Pages Custom Metadata Types Custom Settings Managed Packages.
Focus on user efficiencies solving business/customer issues invent creative solutions and ensure data accuracy across the Salesforce system.
Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify drive and build improvements enhancements and system customizations that solve Amazons Business needs.
Understanding customer internal sales and account management team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development in Salesforce CRM.
Participate in change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.
Develop and train local and vendor admin resources.
A day in the life
As a Salesforce Administrator on the MGM Studios Tech Team - you will administer multiple Salesforce implementations and ensure they are operating securely within defined guardrails. You will review end-user requests and suggest scalable out-of-the-box solutions while ensuring security of customer data. You will drive system improvement projects to keep up with Salesforce releases and advise users of new features that become available. You could also be guiding internal/vendor resources to help build enhancements requested by business users while ensuring all guardrails around best practices and security are met.

The Amazon MGM Studios Business Enablement Technology Organization a key division within AMS Studios Technology is responsible for delivering technology solutions that support three of the five durable areas of the Studio Production Lifecycle (SPL) 1) Creative Development (Rights & IP) 2) Sales & Distribution (Sales) and 3) Financial Management and Participations & Residuals (P&R).
SFSC Professional Services offer advisory and build services to set up the foundational framework for launching new Salesforce instances and improve existing implementations. We have expertise in Sales Cloud and native AWS Technologies as well.

- 3 years of technical product or program management experience
- 2 years of software development experience
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- 3 years Salesforce Admin/Configuration experience
- 3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Salesforce Advanced Admin and/or Developer Certifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
