Job Description

REQUIREMENT:
Power BI Developer / Business Intelligence Consultant

San Mateo CA (Hybrid)---Locals Only
Long Term Contract
Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Power BI dashboard and report development
Strong SQL skills (stored procedures joins performance tuning)
Experience connecting BI tools to relational databases
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

Experience with public sector clients
Innovative approaches or improvements in BI implementation
Demonstrated performance measurement and optimization
Familiarity with sustainability or efficiency practices

Specific skills:

Power BI (core skill): Dashboard/report development DAX visuals
SQL: Data modeling stored procedures tuning
Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate
Data Integration: SQL server connections real-time or scheduled sync
Performance Optimization & Accessibility
Communication: Requirement gathering stakeholder alignment
