Unitex is a Polish company with over 30 years of experience specializing in water treatment technologies for various industrial sectors including F&B heating and pharmaceuticals. Since 2011 our modern production facility has been operating in Grudzidz Poland and in 2022 we expanded with a new hall dedicated to stainless steel filter manufacturing. We design and produce advanced equipment such as aerators and filters in compliance with European standards PED 2016/68/EU and AD2000 as well as ISO 3834-2. Who we are looking for:
As part of our planned dynamic growth we are seeking anexperienced specialistwho will act as an advisory body to the local Management Board and serve as the contact person for the global corporate structure. This individual will proactivelyassess plan and implement solutions that promote the highest standards of occupational health and safety while ensuring and continuously improving production quality.
In their daily work the ideal candidate will:
Act in alignment of owned full qualifications to independently conduct health and safety inspections
Supervise compliance with health & safety fire protection and environmental regulations at the production site in line with Polish law and corporate governance requirements
Monitor production processes for compliance with quality standards and internal company procedures
Actively participate in internal and external audits prepare documentation and oversee the implementation of corrective action plans
Collaborate with internal and external auditors on production safety matters
Work closely with the production and logistics departments to enhance quality and safety systems
Implement and foster a culture of continuous improvement in health & safety and quality areas
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Occupational Health and Safety qualifying for independent supervisory work in a manufacturing setting
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment
Certification in ISO standards internal auditing and Lean/Six Sigma methodology
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) to operate effectively in a corporate environment
