Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong integration expertise
Join a dynamic project in the Telecom sector where you will design and guide ServiceNow architecture and integrations at scale. This is a full-time fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Ukraine or Poland.
Tasks
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Telecom operations and best practices providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow integration best practices and solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including High-Level Designs (HLD) Low-Level Designs (LLD) and process flows.
- Identify integration points and technical dependencies ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of integration logic and interface configurations.
Requirements
- Experienced in the ServiceNow platform (5 years) including a sound understanding of CSM ITSM Event Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.
- Experienced with complex ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services (including design and TMF API for Telecom)
- Familiar with prepping HLDs LLD using Archimate or similar architectural modeling tools.
- Gathering documenting and analyzing business requirements.
- Familiar with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts including network devices servers databases and cloud environments.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CAD or CSA
