Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team in Chatswood Australia. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse contributing to efficient stock management and exceptional customer service.
- Receive and unload incoming goods from suppliers ensuring proper handling and storage
- Accurately process and fulfil customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Maintain meticulous records and invoices for inventory tracking
- Participate in regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Contribute to maintaining a safe organised and efficient warehouse environment
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients collecting orders
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in record-keeping and data entry
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with the Chatswood area is advantageous
