About the position
Location: Hugoton Kansas
Position Summary:
Production Operator-Milk - 2nd Shift
The Operator will operate production systems and support equipment to achieve process targets in accordance with the production plan. They will have the ability to troubleshoot make minor repairs and coordinate support requirements. The Operator is directly responsible for system efficiencies. They will possess good communication skills both verbal and written. Work with others to accomplish the production demands as outlined in the schedule and ensure that GMPs and performance measures are tracked and met.
Physical Demands & Work Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in heat and cold/inclement weather.
