Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
- Execute leases & income/asset certifications for residents
- Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
- Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
- Provide professional resident relations
Qualifications:
- USDA and/or Tax Credit property management experience preferred
- 3 years of apartment management experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving verbal written communication skills and computer skills
- Must possess a valid Iowa drivers license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
